Want to come to Maine to retire or to relocate? A nice, quiet, safe place to live. With country setting and beautiful view, just outside Caribou, Maine. We have six very large, modern units with 2 full baths, laundry center in each unit, nice appliances, large closets. All units are on the first floor with private front and back entrances. Each has it's own back yard.We pay heat, hot water and most all utilities.
We have three one bedroom units on the first floor. These are fully furnished and all utilities are paid.
We have a two bedroom completely furnished apartment including a washer and dryer, all utilities paid and a very large two bedroom unit with a fireplace and carport. This unit is only 5 minutes from Cary Medical Center and approximately 12 minutes from The Aroostook Medical Center.
You may rent full term or for the summer months, 3 to 6 months.
We also have one RV full hookup including cable. It's on a very quiet location and may be rented for the summer months from 2 to 6 months.
The property is surrounded by White Birch trees, giving it a very relaxed atmosphere, and creating some walking trails that you will enjoy again and again.
The Aroostook River is within walking distance, and everyone knows that Northern Maine is renowned for the great fishing & hunting available throughout the area.
After a long day at work, or a relaxing day at home, you may be ready for a day of fine Family Dining, and you can get some just one mile down the road. The same facility also has a full fitness center on the property as well.
